- Bio: Kathryn Shelley always knew she wanted to work in the medical field, but she never planned to work internationally. After completing a dual degree in paramedics and nursing, she spent a year working as a registered nurse in neurosurgery at Royal Melbourne Hospital. When the London Ambulance Service came to the city as part of a recruitment drive, she decided to apply last minute. She has now been working as paramedic in London since the beginning of 2016.
