Who We Are

Bousla was established in March 2014 in Gaziantep, Turkey.

We provide comprehensive training programs to equip the next generation of Syrian leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to rebuild their communities. Meeting the highest standards, our programs support individuals and institutions in Syria and Turkey—from local councils in besieged neighborhoods to vulnerable refugees in new host communities.

In 2017, Bousla implemented specialized training sessions focused on reconstruction and education in Syria due to the ongoing crisis. The Keys Initiative, launched by Bousla, includes a number of integrated training programs to enable Syrian youth to practice humanitarian work in their communities.

Bousla strives to train more individuals, boost their impact on society, and secure a solid foundation upon which a new Syria may be built.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the program department with the implementation and completion of the functions related to the training projects, which include:

  • Preparing and printing all required paperwork for training

  • and entering the data needed for the final training report

  • Filling in Bousla's report templates

  • Archiving training documents at the end of the training (electronic + paper)

  • Reviewing and auditing training materials, lists of training needs and activities.

  • Facilitating Bousla's trainings

  • Respond to the phone calls from trainees

Human Resources Function:

  • Preparing the employees’ time sheet profiles

  • Scanning and archiving human resources' paperwork for the projects

  • Help with formatting and archiving job description files

  • Assist with preparation and collection of periodic evaluation data

  • Organize and develop personnel files

Logistics' Functions:

  • Help organize and control the procurement and contract processes

  • Management of needs of the training room files

Who Can Apply

  • Excellent knowledge of English
