We are seeking an enthusiastic Finance & Administration Manager who will be responsible for the set-up and the management of the administrative structure of the Mexico Regional Delegation (RD), covering the missions of Honduras, Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and more widely Central America.

S/he is responsible for the delegation's budget and finances, and the support services comprising General Services, Premises and Travel department.

S/he is supporting the Head of Support and Management team with control tools. Profile requirements:

 Background: Degree in Administration / Finance / International Management.

 Experience: desirable 5 years plus in similar roles, international exposure and humanitarian experience.

 Languages: advanced levels of Spanish and English (fluent both written and spoken), French is a plus

Responsibilities of the post include, but are not limited to:

 Ensure proper financial management within the Regional Delegation, in line with ICRC policies and procedures as well as with operational requirements.

 Coordinate and establish the yearly budget based on the delegation plan of action.

 Carry out financial analysis & forecast, supervise the accounting activities and internal auditing.

 Ensure the delegation has adequate premises and that passive security and earthquake measures are developed and applied to protect personnel and premises, in line with ICRC security policy and local circumstances.

 Ensure the proper functioning of the Travel office and that the necessary processes are in place.

 Ensure a genuine and efficient integration of the regional administration teams.

 Proactively provide technical support, training and coaching to the administration teams in Mexico, Honduras, Salvador, Guatemala and Nicaragua, through frequent contacts and visits.

 Ensure management of his/her department in line with ICRC policies, procedures and operational requirements.
