Program Manager Health & Nutrition based in Central Darfur is responsible for leading the Central Darfur program and provide technical support to other IR operations in Sudan. The candidate will take the lead role in technical matters related to health and nutrition including designing of proposals, implementation and Monitoring of the Programme. He/she will also lead on representing IRW at the national and field level, provides technical support to IR program and administrative support to support functions staff in field office.

The successful candidate must have or be:

• Masters degree or its equivalent in Health and Nutrition.

• Significant and progressive experience in the field of Health and Nutrition as well as implementation and management of Health and Nutrition programmes

• Considerable senior management experience in developing countries and/or countries in transition/conflict

• Strong communications skills (both written and verbal) at a level appropriate for high level external representation (lobbying, presentations) and ability to tailor communications to different audiences

• Fluency (written and oral) in English
