The Role

This is an exciting time to take on this vital leadership role, to support colleagues and drive thinking as we transition to a new operating model and continue to support diverse programmes. To lead Oxfam GB’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning work you will have significant, specialist knowledge and technical expertise that will help shape and strengthen Oxfam’s approach to achieving quality, consistently.

What we are looking for

You will need the humility and confidence to influence, support and develop others without relying on line management authority, and the experience to effect changes in programme practice at a distance. You will be joining an amazing team, used to high standards of professionalism and comfort with collegiate styles of working!
