ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key relationships: Psychiatrist, psychologist, PSS workers, MHPSS Center staff
Implement all the requested administrative tasks, including reception of visitors with a welcoming attitude and appropriate appearance, and referral the visitors in a good manner that reflect the image of the organization while maintaining the confidentiality of information.
· Oversee the car log, register appointments, and coordinate with driver.
· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Organize and coordinate daily food requests for lunch break in cooperation with the office boy.
· Coordinate with the administrative officer regarding administrative tasks (printing, scan, etc.).
· Coordinate with maintenance workers in case a maintenance needed in the office.
· Other assigned tasks by Administrative Officer.
Secretary certificate, Secondary certificate, or any relevant education background
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Computer skills (Microsoft office)
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Excellent organizational skills
Languages
§ Fluency written and spoken in Arabic
§ Upper-intermediate written and spoken English
