ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key relationships: Psychiatrist, psychologist, PSS workers, MHPSS Center staff

General objective of the position:

Administrative Officer duties and responsibility includes providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the center. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Order Center supplies.

  • Provide general support to visitors.

  • Ensure effective internal communications.

  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

  • Distribute stationary, office equipment, Office post, and laptops.

  • Promote and model a positive, professional and respectful office culture.

  • Other assigned duties.

THE CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Qualifications required

Associate or Bachelor degree in related field

Computer literate with significant experience in excel and word.

Languages

§ Fluency written and spoken in Arabic

§ Upper-intermediate written and spoken English
