- Bio: When Oliver first entered the restaurant industry, he wasn't working in the kitchen. After several years as a server, bartender and expediter, he decided to pursue a culinary education. After completing his diploma, Oliver set out to work at the best restaurants around the globe, including Michelin-starred Benu in San Francisco. A few years later, Oliver and his partner and fellow chef Phoebe, decided to combine their love of travel with their expertise in food and hospitality. The result was Stovetrotter, a hospitality consultancy that has seen them travel to Morocco, France, Belgium and Sri Lanka.
