Career Coaching

Career Coaching

Individual attention and advice tailored to your unique situation, skills, development and goals.  An honest assessment, a solid plan, individualized recommendations and support.

Careers for Globetrotters offers a wealth of resources and firsthand advice from people who have carved out international career paths for themselves, in a variety of fields. We hope that you will take advantage of them to the fullest extent possible.

But, equally,  we recognize that eventually, what many people need at certain points along their career journey is a little individual attention and advice about their unique situations, skills, development and goals.  An honest assessment, a solid plan, individualized recommendations and support.

We are thrilled to be able to offer career coaching services, led by Richard Zereik.  Richard has 24 years of international experience, in a variety of senior roles (see bio); he also has nearly a decade of experience assisting individuals with their international career planning. His particular strength and focus is on assisting individuals interested in an international experience or career in international relations, development and cooperation. Richard is also able to connect individuals to other coaches with different areas of expertise, in various other international fields.

Richard, and all our coaches, accompany individuals through their international career planning journey, via coaching, advising and mentoring.  They provide support to help each individual identify and clarify their vision, objectives, needs, wants, and desired outcome—helping people to translate and align these with their passions, values and strengths. Our coaches also help individuals to honestly explore issues that may act as barriers in their international career journeys, and construct remediation plans.

International career coaching is tailored to the needs of each individual.  Find our more about the process here.

Meet Richard Zereik, who heads up our career coaching services.
