Islamic Relief Worldwide are currently recruiting for the position of an ICT Infrastructure Engineer. The ICT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the design, delivery and maintenance of ICT infrastructure (on premise and cloud), providing incremental enhancements to the infrastructure and ICT service offerings to customers across the IRW family globally. S/he is required to provide 2nd and 3rd line support to the organisation’s international users.

The successful candidate must have or be:

  • Previous experience in an ICT Infrastructure role
  • Experience of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and 2016
  • Experience of Microsoft Hyper-V or VMWare ESXi
  • Experience of Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience of Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
  • Ability to adapt to steep learning curves and work on own initiative
