Role overview
VSO International is seeking an innovative and collaborative Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing Team. We are looking for an experienced global leader who has worked in a large, complex, international organisation to lead on positioning with key audiences and stakeholders, to deliver brand and reputation management, recruitment marketing, and support for public fundraising.The role will be based from London or Nairobi.

Skills, qualifications and experience

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated senior leader who is passionate about brand stewardship and knows how to prioritise audiences and channels to deepened engagement and extract the greatest value from all interactions. Digitally savvy and media aware, you’ll be as comfortable briefing the CEO as working at a local level with national volunteers to create messages that create action.
